If you wish to return your e-bike within 30 days of receiving it, please note the following conditions:
Please contact service@kaijielaisi.com for return, we will deal with it within 2 working days.
Returns or exchanges are only allowed once within 30 natural days of receiving the purchased bike.
If the return claim is valid, we will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase price minus a repacking and restocking fee of 25% of the original price.
If you choose to exchange your e-bike, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original price.
